Protected: Home Price + Property Tax. This is it, but the way they still have homeowners by their balls is a Socialism based Fee called HOA. HOA is out of control and when those services are turned off yet they still want the HOA fee, For what? This is a broken system. The system is collapsing because the illusion is not a complete system that is able to be maintained. Just OPT OUT!!!
