Attorney / Client Privilege is the protection that a client has and if an Attorney violates that, the Attorney is the one who is guilty and deserves to face the consequences for violating the trust between Client & Attorney – What would be the reason why a Client would hire an Attorney that violates the privacy for a client? There’s no reason – that would mean that the Attorney is illegally violating and deserves to lose his/her license to practice law.
